The training internship is a tool that allows companies to connect with prepared and selected resources and, at the same time, enables young people to gain experience in a company and get in touch with the dynamics of the working world.
It is essentially an opportunity for both the company, which wants to evaluate the most promising resources to establish a stable professional relationship, and for the individual, who needs to acquire the right professional skills by directly engaging with a work environment.
The Emilia-Romagna Region has revised and integrated the regulations on training internships, so from July 1, 2019, the new regulations on internships are in effect (Regional Law No. 1 of 4/3/2019).
