It was my first time visiting this facility for the CQC renewal course.
I obviously had access to the meeting room on the ground floor, and I must say it is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.
On the ground floor, there is a small room with a coffee machine and a water dispenser, so light refreshments are available during breaks.
As with any proper facility, there is a caretaker, the premises are served by parking spaces — unfortunately paid — and for those coming from Modena, it is also reachable on foot or by bike.
AI and Business Plan: digital tools for the business of the future

It is possible to enroll in the Basic Module (20 hours), the Intermediate Module (20 hours), or both.
The course is funded by the European Social Fund and is aimed at both employed and unemployed people.

Module 1 – Basic (20 hours)
Objectives
- Provide the basics of the business plan.
- Introduce digital tools and AI applications to support planning.
- Develop practical skills in drafting a simplified business plan.
Contents
1 – Introduction to the business plan (4 hours)
- What is a business plan and its purpose.
- Structure and main sections (executive summary, company description, market analysis, operational plan, economic-financial plan).
- Difference between traditional business plan and “lean business plan”.
2 – Basic digital tools (4 hours)
- Use of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for setting up tables and budgets.
- Presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva) for displaying the business plan.
- Introduction to collaborative cloud tools.
3 – Artificial Intelligence for analysis and writing (6 hours)
- What is generative AI and how it supports content creation.
- Use of AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for:
- generating drafts of textual sections of the business plan;
- formulating mission/vision hypotheses;
- supporting SWOT analysis.
- Best practices and ethics in AI use.
4 – Practical workshop (6 hours)
- Guided drafting of a mini business plan (simplified startup idea).
- Integration of AI tools and spreadsheets.
- Brief presentation of the plan with digital tools.
Module 2 – Intermediate (20 hours)
Objectives
- Deepen market analysis and financial planning with advanced digital tools.
- Apply AI tools for simulations, benchmarking, and professional presentations.
- Create a complete and structured business plan.
Contents
1 – Advanced market analysis (4 hours)
- Data collection and sector analysis.
- Use of AI for market research (competitor analysis, trends, customer personas).
- Data visualization tools to represent data (Tableau, Power BI, open source alternatives).
2 – Economic-financial planning (6 hours)
- Structure of the economic-financial plan.
- Budget, forecast, and break-even analysis.
- AI applications for financial projection and scenario generation.
3 – AI for drafting and presenting the business plan (6 hours)
- Automatic report and summary generation with AI.
- Creating persuasive presentations with AI and design tools.
- Simulation of “pitch deck” with AI support (script, storytelling, Q&A).
4 – Final project work (4 hours)
- Development of a complete business plan based on a case study.
- Combined use of digital tools and AI.
- Presentation of the project in front of the class (role-play with investor simulation).
