It was my first time visiting this facility for the CQC renewal course.
I obviously had access to the meeting room on the ground floor, and I must say it is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.
On the ground floor, there is a small room with a coffee machine and a water dispenser, so light refreshments are available during breaks.
As with any proper facility, there is a caretaker, the premises are served by parking spaces — unfortunately paid — and for those coming from Modena, it is also reachable on foot or by bike.
The GOL (Worker Employment Guarantee) program is an initiative provided by the PNRR aimed at supporting people in their job search and includes tools and measures to facilitate their entry/re-entry into the workforce or to start retraining pathways.
WHO IT IS FOR
The potential beneficiaries of the GOL Program identified by the Emilia-Romagna Region are:
- workers with social safety nets or other income support,
- young people, women,
- people with disabilities,
- workers with very low incomes,
- unemployed people for more than six months.
HOW TO ACCESS
A thorough intake interview is scheduled, during which the employment center operator/recruiter will reconstruct the person's professional background, analyze their skills, and identify any objective or subjective factors that may constitute vulnerabilities.
At the end of the interview, based on the employability profile assessed, the person will be directed towards one of the various pathways provided by the Program:
- Employment reintegration: aimed at people who possess skills that are marketable, requiring mainly orientation and job placement support.
- Updating: aimed at people who need to update their skills to facilitate reintegration into the labor market.
- Retraining: aimed at people who need a professional retraining pathway to adapt their skills to new market needs.
PERSONALIZED SERVICE
Iscom, thanks to targeted basic orientation, supports recipients free of charge in their job search through the provision of a active labor policy service co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Emilia-Romagna Region.

- Matching job demand/supply
- Training courses
- Internship training
